Weird custom sapling bonemeal issue

Back again to ask another question, now about a weird bug (That might be my fault), I was making fully custom trees (Actually mushrooms) however, I ran into an odd issue. Sometimes trees fail to spawn in properly (They consist of mod blocks and structure void blocks) only spawning in one of the mod blocks where the sapling was, or, if they do spawn in correctly, if I were to use bonemeal on the blocks of the tree it changes into another block of that tree or spawn a few random blocks (still of the tree) around it. I do have a collection of four trees which can spawn from the sapling through chance, which might be an issue, but, I still don't understand why it is doing what I previously said. (I've also checked the tree blocks and say they don't have any procedures at all)Yes, I can't code (You might need to open the image on a new tab to view it)
