How to make tactical fishing (with bucket) for a Mob?

I'm making a mod with an aquatic pet. I want to do that when I right click on the pet with a bucket I fish it, like a tactical fishing with cod or a salmon.

Here the code I tried on right click on Entity:

But it doesn't work :(

And here's the code on right clicking with the full bucket:

But it doesn't spawn anything.

Please help me.
