I want to change the title screen background and logo when you play my mod. I want it to be similar to mods like betweenlands and the dalek mod. It is possible on mcreator becausse rockstarbonnet did it for terracore

I would think you would need to create a resource pack/texture pack for this to work.

You can create a "minecraft" folder in parallel with your mod's resource folder (it has a name like your mod). Files inside the "minecraft" folder in this case will replace vanilla textures if the names and directories are the same (like a resource pack).
