Tags in 1.13.2

I want to use iron ingot in my recipe, so I choose "use tag" and type "ingotiron" and it didn't work. How i can use tags in Minecraft above 1.13.2? I know that in 1.12.2 ingotiron should work but not in 1.13.2. I really don't know how to do that. All tags I saw are something like this: plateCopper, ingotTitanium, rodIron  etc. but it don't work.
