I can't find out on how to teleport an entity to you

So my friend came up with an idea for a mod im making which was an Starter Pearl.

It basically teleports an entity to you, instead of you teleporting to an enity.

But i can't find out how to make it.

I was searching for a teleporting procedure. I have, the way to find it. It checks if its all entities(except water), but i tried making it die, and then summoning the same entity. But there isn't any (find entity to kill) procedure or something.
