Can shield be made with MCreator?

No, sorry, you can't make it in MCreator without custom coding. Also, this feature will never come to MCreator due to the fact that it's development has ended (Apart from adding 1.16.4) However there will be a community-made version of MCreator called MCToolkit and it just so happens to have Shields on it's issue tracker: https://github.com/Team-MCToolkit/MCToolkit/issues/77
