How do I change a mobs line of sight?

I made a giant mob and the line of sight is all the way at the bottom of the mob as if it were the size of a regular player.

For info the line of sight is that red rectangle you see when you press F3-B.

Is there any possible way to change this cause it messes up the mob a lot and I cant really do what I want to do with it cause of this.
