armor that enchants when you put the full set on

I'm trying to make a set of armor that gets enchanted when you put the full set on. Please help

so this all you have to do is do an if then check the armor slots 0, 1, 2, and 3. head, chest, legs, and pants respectivly (use the and block) then: enchant
