Why my mod din't work?

My mod called My Mod is not working.

When I export the mod press Play, the game crash, and din't appear any code or any motive. When I export the mod, and press Play, the game is not launched and no code or reason for Bug appears. And when I press Play in MCreator Appears: No Metadata for My Mod
