well depends if you want to craft string make a recipe but for a drop from mob or block or fishing or somthing like that its on a loot table i don understand what you mean by How to add items to player's inventory from another item's nbt string tag on Mcreator 2021.1/1.16.4 (Latest Snapshot)?
