I would like to know if you can create an enchantment in MCreator that is not activated by striking, but by shooting the bow, i.e. only by shooting.

I don't think there is a trigger for this that you could use to intercept such event
Is there no alternatives way to make a similar effect?
The "Player uses item" Event trigger might work
