I'm trying to add a tipped arrow that will inflict a potion effect on the target like the tipped arrows in vanilla minecraft, although I'm not sure how I actually make the arrow do the effect.
if it's a potion effect that's already in the game before your mod then i don't know how but any time you make a new potion, click the "Enable bottles" check, it will automatically make a normal potion, splash potion, lingering potion, and tipped arrow.
