[Solved] Procedures don't get dragged

Whenever I try to create a procedure, they are not draggable.

No matter what version of Mcreator, I tried to re-install, use the zip version, completely erase Mcreator and re-install.

Nothing works, could someone help me?

(My system is 32 bits)
