Bag with mcreator

When I run minecraft to check the mod through mcreator, then the data there is not spawned correctly, then in the biome, then it does not spawn at all, I even put a very high value on the chance of spawn, but it does not work, and when I unload the mod and run it through the usual minecraft (Tlauncher), everything works as it should. What to do?
