I re-installed MCreator (because I had reset the computer), opened it and created a new workspace in 1.15.2, started it and then this happened

Firewall or antivirus blocking MCreator:
For the firewall I went into its settings and gave MCreator permission to enter and exit, I also tried to disable it but nothing changed.
Slow internet connection
No connection problems
Your ISP blocking certain websites
At the site "https://files.minecraftforge.net" he makes me log in
Too slow VPN or VPN with blocked domains that MCreator needs to access
I had a vpn (tunnelbear) but I uninstalled it
Any other software blocking access to download repository
I have no programs that do this
