How to include external mod's item

How to include external mod's item

I need to use in my item's recipe steel ingot from Immersive Engeneering on 1.12.2.
How can I include in my project resources from external mod?
Can't find any guide on this issue

If you made an Recipeā€¦

If you made an Recipe through Recipe Mod Element and you created the Recipe, then Click your Recipe Mod Element once than go to to left, there should be a Picture with a Pencile. If you click it you see the code of the Recipe then you can replace the Items you set to the Steel Ingot Mod Id. You can find the Modid of the Steel Ingot if you use the Mod and go to a World press F3+H (I think) for Advanced Tooltips and then you can set the Item you want for your Recipe. You must lock the Mod Element if you change Code manually. And don't forget to set Immersive Engineering as a Mod Dependency to prevent using without Immersive Engineering.
