Textures on pre-made model don't appear!

Hi! I am making a mod with all of the planets as placeable blocks but I've run into a problem. Despite using an already made model that came with Mcreator, (the normal block) and using a square texture (1024 x 1024) and names with no invalid characters (example: mercury.png) and using .png's, the textures don't show up. Also, not all the textures have this problem, it is a select few. I really want this to be fixed as I want to continue with this.
