What is the best way to get in direct contact with a moderator?

Hello,

I am unsure what is the best way to get into direct contact with someone that can help me with troubleshoot a major bug on my mod The Arcaneum. 

It seems as though my forums get buried before anyone has the chance to respond, if anyone can assist me it would be greatly appreciated.
