Procedures are deleted and do not open

The problems with the procedures began recently. They began to lag and take a long time to open when the number of elements was growing. Now the mod is very large, contains 4000 elements and the procedures refuse to work. I found a bug in the game and wanted to fix it, but when I opened the old procedure it was empty. I recreated it from scratch and saved it in a .ptpl file just in case. I made a mistake and the GUIs working with that procedure showed the error. I went in to fix it, but the procedure was empty again. I rewrote it a third time, but it's still empty. And the .ptpl file just won't open.
