make block visible on holding item like barrier block

make block visible on holding item like barrier block

I want to make a block similar to the barrier block, where the block gets visible as long you hold an item.

how can i do it in mcreator?

i dont think its possible but maybe 

if : has in main hand "block"

do: change texture/change block

possible I think with 2 different blocks
