cant change image in gui or set the animation!

Hi, I made a wine barrel, but there was a problem. I couldn't link animation to the cooking process. i want link image change to executing procces of creating procedure in my workbenchblock, but i dont understand how i can do it. And i want to know may i can link animation to workbench gui? thanks for watching and sorry for my English:)
