Setting Up gradle problem

Whenever I want to make a new workspace or load a workspace I get the following error:

what I tried to do:

I tried to use 3 different VPNs

I tried to run mcreator as administrator but nothing happened

what should I do

(also I'm new to mcreator sorry if this is the wrong topic)
