I found a bug the entity spawns on global trigger is not working every time I uses it and run minecraft it stuck on 100%

I found a bug the entity spawns on global trigger is not working every time I uses it and run minecraft it stuck on 100%
THIS IS 2021.1 BTW
Some actions triggered from this global trigger may hang MC when loading world as not all functions work at that stage
