stuck at the download of mcreator 1.21.1

hello. i'm stuck at a part of installing mcreator: "loading generators: addon 1.16.x", i tried it both on exe and zip. what should i do?

Reboot PC, fully uninstall…

Reboot PC, fully uninstall MCreator, install new version again
