Is there any way to make a tamable creature that you cannot breed (And also can keep the programmed AI instead of the basic animal AI)? I ask cause the creature in question is a wooden golem that spawns in semi-rare structures, and breeding it doesn't make any sense. I'd like the player to be able to take it with them without having to hold a flower in their off-hand (Cause it follows any type of vanilla flower (otherthanthewitherrose)), since I also plan on it being able to shoot out thorns at mobs like arrows.
Btw, for a bit of extra context, I'm using the 1.16.5 version of the program (2021.1).
I too am also interested if there's a way of making non-breedable tamable entities
The biggest thing is that I don't want the player to have to either hold a rose bush at all times or constantly have the wood boi on a lead. Either of those would just kinda discourage using him, which would be a shame.
And if I can't do that, I'd have to figure out how to make it only target hostile creatures. If I can't have it work the way I want it to, I can hopefully at least give it some sort of workaround. :P
