HELP: how to deal damage to an item in a procedure

Hello!
I'm currently making a new potion which effect is that it deals significant damage to armor and tools. I'm trying to use the "Deal damage to Provided Itemstack", but I haven't specified an item stack and I don't know how to do it. Does anyone know?

you could make alot of those for every item and armor piece, I don't know how to help otherwise
