Shield Procedure

Hello,

I made a shield item and its procedure to block attacks and it works fine

If Item in off hand deal damage 1 to same etc etc

I have a problem tough. In this way shield blocks all attacks, I would like for it to only block attacks coming from ahead, from mobs in front of player not also at the back

Any ideas or procedures please ?
