When item taken from slot Procedure block

I'm not sure if this is a feature but i want for example to make a sort of smithing table and i want a procedure block that is like when item taken from slot. I want to put in 2 items such as a diamond sword and a ruby ingot for example. Then it will show up a ruby sword or something and when "item taken from slot #" i can remove the other ones. But i dont know if theres a block for it or a way to make it. So please respond and remember "when item taken from slot" is what type of block i want if not already in mcreator. Is there a block with this?
