If this does not help, you might need to try the second guide a few times (I had to do it 2 times to make it work).
This issue was caused by an outdated repository that was in use by Minecraft Forge and their development gradle toolkit needs to be updated.

It could be antivirus interfering with Gradle caches
i dont have a antivirus :S
If you are on Windows, you have an anti-virus (Windows Defender). I can't tell for MacOS, but Apple surely made their own anti-virus too.
i tryed to turn it off but didn't help :/
only works when i have a new one then when i add one thing i get this error
still need help here :/
