My Old Workspaces aren’t showing up in 2021.1

Back at the beginning of May, I decided to install MCreator 2021.1 on my laptop. It isn’t showing any of my workspaces. I last opened them in 2020.5. I checked to make sure it was checking the right folder by going to the add workspace thing and copying the path. It was looking in the folder they were in. I tried reinstalling 2021.1 earlier. Should I try downgrading to 2020.5? Have a great day and thank you for your help!
