Juice, endless drinking?

I have plans to create a mod that adds drinks / juices and the like.  There is nothing difficult about it and I know how to do it, the problem is how to make it possible to drink these drinks in the survival mode, skipping the full hunger bar.  In short: I want to make these drinks possible to drink even when you have a full hunger bar (in Harvestcraft you can create juices e.g. apple juice and drink it endlessly)

If anyone knows how to help me, please explain what and how to do it + send screenshots or procedures that contain what I am asking for.
