Bug Textures in Minecraft Mcreator and Blockbench 3d Ranged Item

Hello! I need help since in Blockbench I have created more than 10 times the model and texture ,since when seeing it inside MInecraft the texture [pink and black color] appears bugged. ¿Any solution?
