no texture or 3D model is visible Pls Help

Hi, I'm new here in the Mcreator forums and I need help since I want to create weapon mods and 3D tools, I use BlockBench and I have the models and textures but when I export them to Mcreator and when I start to see my models, I don't even see the texture nor the model, I have created the model and texture 10 times and there is no solution, also look on Youtube or in Discord servers and nobody else has this. Any solution?
