Sticky frame block

Hello everyone from Russia. Can you please tell me is it possible to create a frame block mod through MCreator that will cling to another block of the same type?
The bottom line is that you need a block / object so that the piston can pull more than 1 block towards itself without mucus.

I thought to make a universal block that accepts any texture, and only hooks the same blocks (or specified in the config, for example, rails)
