I am making a hammer weapon for a mod, and want it to have a really high knockback. I can't figure out how to do that.

One way of doing it would be adding knockback enchantment when crafting the item.
Is that done under "When this item is crafted/smelted?"
I need a level of knockback that is not possible with the /enchant command.
