Workspace setup fails, tried troubleshooting.

I always get an exclamation mark at the "Stopping running gradle daemons" step, then the other step takes a bit and fails. I tried all common solutions from the knowledge base multiple times, tried with and without VPN, nothing works.

i had this prolem back on 2021.0 and now on 2021.1 version.
