I wanted to make a mod with some soldiers,I was able to make them ride the horse but when riding the horse they just stood there and could not move,is there a way to allow the rider to control the movements of the horse?
on your mob go to behaviour on the second page and select "rideable", "forward movement control", and "strafe movement control"
that will make the rider able to be ridden,I am trying to make it so the rider can control the movement of the horse.
Hmm, honestly might not be possible how you plan it but I have a solution
When the soldier mounts a horse, exchange both of them for another entity that combines the 2
Then on death spawn the horse
