Procedures running twice On keybind and gui

So i made a procedure play for it to play a sound on one out of 5 and i have that all working, but sometimes it will play 2 different sounds of the ones that can play, and this seems to keep happening no matter if i put it on a key or a gui button. how do i fix this?
