Right Click only on a certain side of the block

Hello,

As the title says, I'm trying to make an item that just right clicks on one side of the block. When I created the block, the texture on all sides is the same except for the front side. What I want to do is an item that replaces that block with another block, but only when I right click on the tool on the side where the texture is different, and the block has rotation so the side with different texture can be facing north, east, weast or south. I searched in many threads, but I couldn't find exactly what I wanted anywhere.
