Dependeble items

So i have an idea and that is have something like two rings and two sets of props and armors. I m trying to find a way that when i put an item in my inventory i can only equip one tipe of set if i have one of the rings in the inventory, so theres like two teams red and white. If i put the white ring i can only put the white armor and use/wear the white props and the same thing but with the red side. Anyone got any idea or can help me?
