does the new version of MCreator minecraft 1.12.2 support?

Can I use new versions of MCreator to create mods on minecraft version 1.12.2? I need support for FE (Forge Energy) and Russian, does all the latest / 2020.4 version of the program support it?

2020.4 is not the latest version.

Use 2020.5 with 1.12.2 plugin, but keep in mind 1.12.2 does not support FE in MCreator
