Help with particles

Im trying to make a Lightning Particle That surround's you when you click a keybind. Also when this particle happens, It gives you speed and strength. This particle is pretty hard to make because it wont really surround you right. So to sum it up, I just need it to look like Killua's Godspeed without the glow/hair. Thanks
