what do you mean by that? If you are asking how to do something TO a player you could check if the 0 parameter of the command (the first parameter) is referring to a player and do something to that player
If: length of "command parameter with index 0" > 0
Do: send message get display name of "command parameter with index 0"
And you can now do whatever you want with that player

and I don't write code I do everything in the mkreator 2021.2
It's pretty easy actually, there's a procedure/brick called "Execute Command ............" whit that, you can make commands!
