Wall plants?

Hi! Back to ask another question, but, I'd like to ask anyone who might have an idea or knows how. How do I create a plant (block) that are rotatable (Y Axis), can snap to the wall the player is facing (Or closest side) and breaks if the wall it's facing is gone? (Alike to vines) Also, how do I replace the plant with another with the same rotation?

(Also, I apologize if this has been asked before, I looked and didn't find anything at the time)
