So, my trees don't want to function.

I made a custom biome with the grass labeled as grass and the dirt labeled as earth. But, for some reason, the trees that are supposed to be in the biome are spawning in the surrounding biome right on the edge of it. Mind you, it's not even on the edge of my custom biome, it's in the biome directly beside it. Please help me.
