How do i take care of this? I can't find tutorials on how to fix it and most methods on the forum didn't help.

The same thing happened to me, if what you're trying to do is open it from mcreator, it won't let you, right? To open minecraft with the mod, what I do is export it and it lets me try it and play it. I hope this possible solution will help you, excuse my English, I'm using the translator haha. I don't know if I made myself understood
To export it, next to the little square of the grade task, the gray or the red one, there is a button with an arrow, it is to export, and later, you save it in the mods folder located in the .minecraft folder
