Need help with custom gui enchanting/crafting

I have been trying to figure this out for a while now and decided to ask the community. I am making a mod and one aspect I want to add is a rune casting table where you can make runes out of a custom ore, shadowite, and a certain item, like a fire charge for a fire rune. So I am making a GUI and block to do this but. cannot figure it out. I have screenshots below of what I have.
