Change the achievement mesagge

I want to make a "crafting unlock" mechanic. And i now how to do it, but it's posible to change the achievement text

 *player* has get the achievement [insert achievement]

To

*player* unlocked a new recipe [insert achievement]

Maybe whit procedures that create the text when the achievement is given, but I want that [insert achievement] be Green and act like the achievement [] (You can put the mouse over it to see the achievement description)
