(SOLVED) Help ejecting the MCreator disk [Mac]

I can't eject the MCreator disc after I finished installing the application. When I try to eject it it says "The disk MCreator 2021.2 couldn't be ejected because the Finder is using it. Stop the finder action and then try to eject the disc again" I tried ejecting it when the application was closed but it isn't working. I'm running it on Mac OS Big Sur 11.5.2 if that helps. Does anyone know how I could fix this?

Edit: for those who are having the same problem, try restarting finder.
