How do I make screenshots/resize the game window using procedures or functions?

I don't know if this is possible but I want to make a mod where if you execute a command called /panorama_title, it makes 6 screenshots and resizes the window to 512 x 512, but I don't know how. I already said that I don't know if this is possible but maybe it is with functions. Can you please tell me how or if it's possible to take screenshots and resize the Minecraft window using procedures or functions?
